Cooperation agreement with Arabian Gulf University
It was launched in 1995, for higher studies in the private education aspect in order to satisfy Saudi society of national qualified personnel specializing in care & rehabilitation for disabled program, and its principles on a comprehensive way to stand as studying programs for Arabian Gulf university in Kingdom of Bahrain.

Launched in 2000 providing of (22) scholarships for higher studies to Saudi female students in various disciplines to serve local labor market.
Cooperation Agreement with Prince Sultan Private University
The foundation awarded scholarships for (40) students (both genders) that foundation will borne all costs of study, giving priority for those talented with special needs.
Cooperation Agreement with Business Administration Collage
The foundation has signed an agreement with private Business Administration Collage in Jeddah aiming to extend (160) scholarship for talented students among (both genders), under title "Scholarships of Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Charitable Foundation" at rate of (8) scholarships per year, and priority will be for those who apply from disabled students, and upon commencing study in Engineering Faculty (two) scholarships will be allocated for talented Saudi students within (two genders).

King Saud University
In complying with foundations objectives, HRH. the supreme president has supported King Saud university to adopt scientific and researches programs to enhance the rank and international appearance of university.
The foundation has convened scientific partnership between Kind Saud University and Misouri for Science and Technology-USA, for cooperation in 2008, and signing scientific partnership for exchanging knowledge, transfer of technology, studying scholarships, educational chances, high studies programs in advanced specialties , master of common engineering administration .
Prince Sultan Private University
The Prince Sultan Private Collage was established on 1419H by Riyadh dwellers, and in 1423 it has converted to university, which is considered the first non-profit university in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working to support national development in and supporting labor market with qualified trained personnel, the foundation financed it with (15) million Riyal.
Prince Salman Disabilities Researches Center
In understanding the importance of scientific research by the foundation steering members, for creating a comprehensive development shift, which is the base to where all plan and development project initiate, the foundation has extended financial support for the center, and adopted much of its activities , contributing of foundation by (15) million Riyal, also the center has honorable presidency of HRH Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz, the supreme chairman of foundation who cared to patronize the second meeting of center's founders.
Khalid Al-Faisal Preparing Leaders Center
In order to meet the country's ambitions for raisingperformance and quality levels, seeking for new stage in preparing national administration leaders, the foundation contributed of establishing of Khalid Al-Faisal Preparing Leaders in cooperation with Babson International University and subsidized it with (20) million Riyal.
Prince Mohamad bin Fahd Private University
Officially opened by HRH President of foundation on 9th. Oct. 2008, supporting it with (10) million Riyal for chair of Prince Sultan for environment and power research, affirming it has emerged great to be an additional value within high education field in Kingdom.

Opened by HRH the supreme president of foundation, who supported university with (10) million Riyal, emphasizing importance of spreading high education.
Taif University
In continuing of his HRH support to the education march in Kingdom which is one of pillars for development and progress, HRH the supreme president of foundation and partners of Science& Technology Collages Company to gift the buildings of Science and Technology collages project in Taif to the university which launched students enrollment beginning of 1426-1427H, the foundation contribution for university (24.8) million Riyal.
Society Service Center-King Saud University
The foundation sponsored the educational fees for (10) candidates of Society Service in university, five of them for radiological diagnosing program, and five for medical laboratories program, those who enroll the program are graduate of secondary schools-scientific section, the program period is two and half year, these programs graduates being absorbed within Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Humanitarian Service City.
Adopting developing of Central Library for Vocal Books
The foundation extended support for Central Library for Vocal Books, through adopting vocal digital book as per stipulations and specifications of DaizyInternational Organization, the projects consisting of factory to makeDaizy files printed on CD, where it is connected with digital listening hall, electronic library, to enable concerned individuals to communicate with library electronically. Total value for development of library has reached (375) thousand Riyal.

Development & Support Special Education Program within Saudi Universities
In cooperation with Minsitry of Higher Education, team has been initiated by foundation with membership of number of concerned personnel for developing curriculum/syllabuses of special education within higher education institutions in Kingdom. The team organized a symposium in which he introduced the "Tenth National Plan for Supporting & Development of Programs of Special Educations in Saudi universities" .
