Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Humanitarian City with costs reached more than one billion Saudi Riyal has created a qualitative transition within health care programs and rehabilitation of disabled people, orthopedic disorders, joints surgery, thus it has become a renowned international medical center gaining vast appreciation of specialized entities.
The city employees the most advanced and modernized programs for treatment and rehabilitation internationally applied, among them the following:
Spinal cord accidents rehabilitation program which provides continuous rehabilitated care for all patients plagued of various sorts of disorders, spinal cord, concentrating of recovering of most movement abilities through physical therapy practicing, and training them and their families adaptation with life style changes associated with injury.
Rehabilitation program for cerebral palsy and brain due to various accidents, or neurological deviations, and growing confusions.

The Charitable Fund for Patients Treatment :
The foundation has established the Charitable Fund for Patients Treatment to share in sparing costs of treatment , care, and rehabilitation for patients who are financially unable to borne costs of these services. The fund has supported thousands of humanitarian cases in Kingdom.
The fund's programs including beside shouldering costs of medical treatment, providing a supporting individuals with amputated extremities and those using aiding sets.
The financial resources of the fund consisting of donations, grants, charities, endowment, Zakat, while HRH President of foundation and their Royal Highnesses members of council have a pioneering role of establishing and supporting continuity of fund's services.
The Charitable Fund for Patients Treatment within Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz for Humanitarian Services as a mean of social responsibility to let companies and establishments and private sector affiliates to serve society.

Prince Sultan Cardiac Treatment& Surgery -in Hassa:
The foundation has constructed and quipped this center in the campus of King Fahd Hospital in Hafuf, and gifted to Ministry of Health in mid of 1428H to be an addition to the hospital, this center Consisting of five stories with capacity of 50 beds, 12 for pediatrics, 4 room for cauterization operations, 20 rooms (ICU) intensive care units, 2 cardiology clinics, x-ray, sterilization section, basic utilities. The cost of construction and equipment's is (54.5) million Riyal.
Prince Sultan Center of Cardiac Treatment & Surgery- Al-KharjPrince Sultan Center of Cardiac Treatment & Surgery- Al-Kharj:
The center is consisting of three stories with capacity of 32 beds, operation rooms for cauterization, (ICU), cardiac clinics, dentist, x-ray, sterilization, medical gases, supporting utilities. The cost of construction and equipment's (30) million Riyal.
Total Rehabilitation Center-Hafr Al-BatinTotal Rehabilitation Center-Hafr Al-Batin
The foundation has adopted the total rehabilitation center in Hafr Al-Batin for those with special needs in response to suffering of these group, and aging of existed center, the cost of center reached (20) million Riyal, with latest design of Ministry of Social Affairs, and improvemnts introduced by foundations, this center was gifted to ministry in middle of 1430H, with capacity of (450) persons divided equally between two genders within separate (2) sections, with housing utilities, treatment, rehabilitation & training units, administration, mosque, and supporting utilities.

The foundation sponsored erection of said center at cost of (18.8) million Riyal, and officially unguarded on 7th. Nov 2006 in Agadir-Morocco with capacity (32) beds, to serve patients with cancer in the south region of Morocco.

The hospital consisting healthcare institute, mosque erected in Khashjaricamp-Peshawar to serve the Afghani minority & Afghani refugees, the projects was financed by HRH President of foundation valued (2.5) million Riyal yearly effective with year 1996, the total financing amount for the project is (27.5) million Riyal.
Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Center for audio and vocal uttering in Kingdom of Bahrain
The center was established on July 1994, the foundation has financed it with cost of (3) million Riyal approximately, among its objectives are; developing communications for hearing impaired individuals, and necessity to start rehabilitation of deaf at early possible age, emphasizing the families role within rehabilitation and educational process for hearing-loss sufferers, and raising society's awareness of reasons of hearing disabilities and means of cure.
